CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that only written cancellations will be accepted. This must be done no less that 5 months prior to the date of the wedding. The client will be charged a fee of 50 % of the total costing due to the loss of other bookings. (If not replaced by another wedding). In addition, trail bookings that are not honored will also be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total bill should this booking not be cancelled 12hrs in advance telephonically.

Please note that should the Wedding take place more that 250kms outside the Greater Durban Area, the Client will be responsible for providing suitable accommodation for their chosen stylist/s on the evening before the wedding takes place, in order to begin Bridal preparation by 8am.
